Everyone gets one meal at Charlie's Table. It was an amazing learning experience. We had seven small dishes with themes like "The Melting of the Polar Caps-The Seven Continents", or "Slow Cooked Line Caught Icelandic Cod", with introductions from the chefs and wine stewards about them.

We must - MUST - protect our lovely planet! It was amazing to me how little ice we saw, overall. The Arctic is warming faster than the rest of the planet.
