YMCA by the Village People got a lot of play last night! Ed and I went to a 70's party at friends' place.
Check out the peace symbols! How about those wild pants on the left? And the John Lennon sunglasses.
Natalia and Arild had some competitions for us, and our team WON! We were really BAAAD at identifying 70's songs, but we made up for it in the thread-the-spoon-through-your-team's-clothes gig. They also cooked a wonderful feast, so to work it off, we all tried to learn the YMCA dance from YouTube.
Here we see C, Y, and M all at the same time. No doubt, the song was on A!
Ed and I had worked up a skit - Tyrone and Gladys from Laugh In. None of them had heard of Laugh In. They were polite about our sense of humor.
All in all, it was a great evening.
My Daughter has those sunglasses, and probably similar clothes. I've done some things right.
